Well, I suppose that it's time to venture into the world of blogging. I've read with entertainment, fascination and commiseration for months (no, really! I thought I was the only one who provided the neighbors with such a variety of entertainment!).
Normally I create on screen with the intentions of submitting it for publication in one of the dying venues out there...paper! I truly enjoy writing; it's one of those platforms of expression that one both has full control over yet can also lose themselves in the story. Fiction is my preferred immersion; there are few rules and I never have to deal with pesky facts unless it's to wrap a loose string up. In this alternate world, my brain can wander and I can be me without repercussion of my surroundings and other people's interpretations. ...Well, until the piece hits an editor's inbox that is. <grin>
Welcome to blogWorld. We are a pretty nice bunch. Unlike most editors. Not that they aren't nice just that they are hard to convince. Not that I know much about that sort of thing.
